Yacht charter companies can ask for being checked and registered by EIS insurance for payment security insurance.
Registered yacht charter companies can offer their clients payment security insurance. This insurance covers not only the risk of bankruptcy of the charter company, but also other risks which might make the charter impossible.
Also yacht charter agents can ask for being checked and registered and offer their client such an insurance which covers in-between different reasons for non-fulfilment of the service also the bankruptcy of yacht charter agency AND yacht charter company (as long as registered).
