04.03.2005 - Hard fights in the online market!

In an anonymous mass email from 03/03/2005 a so called 'Yacht charter expert' blames YachtBooker for fraud. This is a criminal act of slandering and can be therefore prosecuted according to § 186 of German Penal Code (StGB).

In order to prosecute the so called "Yacht charter expert" legally we need to know who this "anonymous" it. Therefore YachtBooker offers 3000 Euro reward for the first received proof leading to the capture of the authour of this email and his translating accomplice(s) (sudionik, prevoditelj(ica).
