YachtBooker is an international reservation system (GDS) for yacht charter. The system enables charter companies distributing their charter fleets to charter agents worldwide. For the fact that it is web based it can be accessed via the internet restricted to access permissions of each partner.

Besides a standard agent and provider access, the reservation platform YachtBooker offers to its partners integrated online booking engines (IBE), the so called YachtFinder® and the Specials Charter Database, that can be embedded in every web site. The YachtBooker CMS (Content Management System) combines all booking solutions and multilingual charter content in a fully administrable charter portal.

Apart from classical bareboat charters the YachtBooker system also offers charter providers to distribute cabin charters and crewed yacht charters.

The YachtBooker system allows data exchanges via web services to transfer booking data of charter fleets from/to local applications as well as XML-feeds for extensive charter content.

The system was launched in January 2002. The company YachtBooker Network AG is owned to 98,5 % by the founders Mr. Jens Biermann and Mr. Felix Wolf.
