11. AGENCY: What to do, when finding a yacht with or without GREEN B in the search result list?
1. If you find a yacht with GREEN B you can option or book the yacht because availability is guaranteed.
2. If you find a yacht without GREEN B, you need to use the option/booking request feature for checking the availability. When you request an option/booking, the charter company gets an email and will confirm the order(because yacht is available) or will reject the orde (because yacht is not available).
A order of type offer or option can be easily turned into a booking by pressing the “Booking" Button.
