23. PROVIDER: How can I change the conditions for agents?

Just go in the Provider System’s main menu to: configuration -> sales management and press the button “Define commissions for assigned agencies”

If you want to change conditions only for certain agents, just go the line of the regarding agent(s), set the new conditions and click on safe.

If you want to change the conditions for all agents just put the new conditions in boxes of the top line (please complete ALL boxes) and press the button “Overwrite conditions of all agencies”

If you want to change the conditions only for certain agents (for example of a country) please make the regarding selection and then change the conditions by writing into the regarding fields and saving it.
