17. PROVIDER: Why is my fleet in offer mode?A charter fleet is set automatically to offer mode, if there was no activity in the login during more than 3 working days.
For getting back online mode with green B please confirm that your availabilities are up to date by clicking on the yellow link “offer mode”. This link lets you send an email to our YachtBooker support team who will check your data and put your fleet back to online mode with green B.
YachtBooker asks his partners kindly for understanding for this procedure as it helps to avoid double bookings in case of undetected inactivity of some charter companies.
Our tip for partner providers:
You should show the system your activity by making login least all 4 days in order to preserve the online mode with its green B.
