Normally all providers in the YachtBooker should be in ONLINE booking mode – this is the philosophy behind any tourist reservation system and this is the big advantage from other simple online charter catalogues. If a provider is not able to keep up the booking data up-to date (for example because of illness of his staff), we have a request (OFFLINE) mode. This means that all options and bookings by agents coming in are considered as requests that have to be confirmed by the provider.
