9. What happens if an agent makes an option or a booking via YachtBooker?

In case of an option or a booking by a partner agency the following procedures are automatically performed by YachtBooker:

• The charter period of the regarding yacht will be instantly blocked in the CharterManager of the charter company.
• The agency and the charter company will find the option/booking documented in their internal reporting system.
• The agency and the charter company will receive an option or booking notification via email with all necessary information (yacht, period, agency data, company data, etc.

In case of a booking the agent payments have to be done entirely and directly to the charter company’s bank account.
