98,5 % of the YachtBooker Network AG shares are owned by the two founders Felix Wolf and Jens Biermann. 1,5 % of the shares belong to two personal friends of the founders which are not involved at all into the yacht charter market.
As a result YachtBooker is compeletly independent and can act without having to take in consideration personal interests or conflicts of its share holders inside the yacht charter market.
