Just go in your Provider System's main menu to:

Configuration>Catalogs>Extras

Select new Service, edit annotation, price etc. => Press button "Add Service”.
From the box below, click the "Select" link for the just created new service. A new window "Extras Services per Yacht" pops up.
Remove the yachts from the right list box that do not have this service by marking with the mouse and pressing the button "<-Remove".
Before pressing "Save", make sure all yachts that have this service are listed in the right list box "Yacht(s) assigned to Extra Service".
Press "Back" button or close the window.
Add the next new service if required.
