Slovenia has a total area of just 20273 square kilometres bordering on the Adriatic coast with just a small point in the south-west of the country. If you don’t count bays and ports, the coastline of Slovenia is just 10 miles long.

There are three marinas in Slovenia that function all the year through as clearance ports. Entering Slovenia you will have to pay the so called lighthouse tax that amounts to approximately 1.50 € and is then valid for a year.

The picturesuqe small towns and the mediterranean climate make Slovenia to an attractive region for sailing and water sports activities.
