Der vordere Terrassenbereich mit seinem Fahrstand kann durch die mehrfach geteilte Persenning vor Wind und Regen geschützt werden und ist somit von Frühjahr bis Herbst nutzbar. Eine Gasheizung sorgt außerdem für behagliche Wärme. Die seitlichen Schiebefenster verfügen über einen Mückenschutz und Verdunklung. So wird ein Ankern im Sommer auf dem See nicht zur Mückenplage. Die Liegefläche im hinteren Dachbereich mit Polstern ist der ideale Platz zum Sonnen und genießen. Durch die Abmessungen von 9,30*3,00 m ist das Hausboot sehr gut zu manövrieren und es gibt keine Probleme in den Häfen, da es in jede normale Anlegebox passt.
