Oceanis 45 offers a varied profile of life aboard. It is a good choice for any type of sailing group due to the four different accommodation plans. The exterior was designed by the architects from Finot - Conq & Associés and the interior layout and design was developed by Nauta Design.
This yacht has a distinctive hard chine which runs well forward in the hull. This guarantees stability, performance and it increases the overall interior volume of the boat.
The four different layouts of this sailing yacht can adapt to all requirements. One of the versions has one double front cabin, one double after cabin and 2 bathrooms. The second version has one double front cabin, two double after cabins and 2 bathrooms. The only difference between this version and the third one is that the latter has 3 bathrooms. The fourth version can accommodate up to 8 crewmembers in 4 double cabins with 2 bathrooms.
Due to the innovation that came with this model, in 2012, Oceanis 45 was elected ”European Sailboat of the Year” in the family cruiser category.
Highlights of the Oceanis 45:
The mainsail arch and moving back the mast offer a high and balanced sailing performance. The rear seat of Oceanis 45 drops down safely and it creates a bathing platform which makes the access to the sea much easier. The cockpit is wide and it has a fixed folding table in the middle with two insulated compartments.
The interior is filled with natural light thanks to the numerous windows. To the port side of the salon there is a generous pantry aft of the galley which gives access to a vast storage locker. The cabins have proper double berths, they don’t have missing parts in order to fit the engine. There is quite some storage capacity in the cabins of Oceanis 45, especially in the versions with less cabins.
